In the large Living Room of the inn you will find a bright airy space filled
with comfortable sofa's and chairs. Contemporary and period watercolors grace
the walls and the magnificent embossed tin ceiling reminds us of another
era. The perfect place to catch up on your reading, have that evening
night cap, or entertain your fellow guests at the piano.
The Game Room is just off of the Living Room in what was originally the
family dining room. Here you will find card and game tables, a well
stocked library, and video cassettes with hundreds of titles.
The Sitting Room is dominated by a beautiful cast iron stove built in 1881 in
Troy, New York. Here you will find comfortable seating, a television, and guest
phone. This room also provides a quiet place to enjoy a Vermont micro-brew or
cocktail from the adjoining Pub.
The
Flight Deck Pub is filled with
aviation memorabilia reflecting the innkeepers long association with
both civil and military aviation. The tavern is fully licensed, serving some of
Vermont's famous micro-brews, your favorite cocktails or wine-by-the-glass.
In the Atrium dinning room you are surrounded by
lush green plants, both inside and out. Large windows provide pastoral views
with a riot of color from the English gardens during the summer. In the Atrium
every seat is a window seat. Breakfast is served to our guests, and the public
is invited for lunch, dinner, Sunday brunch, or afternoon tea.
